The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

• Every accepted paper can have up to 6 pages in the final PDF. If needed, additional pages (maximum 2 more additional pages apart from basic 6 pages) can be added to make the final version of the paper. This has to be done by paying an extra charge of INR 500 per additional page at the time of author registration payment.
• At least one of the authors of every accepted paper must register for the conference as author and present the paper in order for it to be included in the conference proceedings, and subsequent submission to IEEE Xplore® digital library.
• Each author registration covers only one accepted paper.
• At least one author must present their accepted paper in the conference for consideration of publication on IEEE Xplore. The presenter must be a registered author for the conference.
• Registration fee is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• Student registrants are required to upload their Institute ID proof (PDF file) during online registration process.
• IEEE members are required to upload the valid IEEE Membership card during online registration process.
• Registration category should be chosen appropriately from the aforementioned table.
• Registration fees are not refundable or non-transferable.
